Hi guys iv just downloaded this app called tachomaster but when I log on to it it asks me for my user ID and PIN number. How do I find this out
Presumably you use the ID and PIN from your Tachomaster account.
Hi mate need to log on to your
office tachomaster
lefthand column look for tools
go into tools then
add/amend worker details
brings your name up
scroll down to bottom of page
to login info
user id is there gives you dice to create pin
job done

It doesn’t work standalone on the mobile app, you need to have a Tachomaster account. You can download the program for the computer for free from the Tachomaster website and try it for a trial period. After that I think it is £1 per week. You syncronise the computer app with the Tachomaster system and it shows the updated info on your phone app. Never use the Book On/Book Off work, Out of Office etc. but I use it to keep track of my hours with the worker calender etc.
