Thank you much for the reply.
I am new coach driver actually i want to ask few questions.
1: I start job at 6am(school service) drive for two hours then after that go home for sometime, then drive again 6pm to 8pm. End the day
I this case it will be regarded as 12 hours shift?
2: some of my colleagues told i can drive maximum 15 hours for two days, is it right?
3. I saw one message on my tacho screen " >>> over speed 30". This will make any problem?
4. Are there loopholes to bypass tacho recording and avoid getting caught?
Since i am new i think i made some infringements

And your driving school kids around? There is a way to bypass the tacho readings, just don’t put your card in. This will certainly help with your driving for 15 hrs twice a week and more if you like. Unfortunately there is no way or guarantee of avoiding being caught. Surely you must have been taught all of this?

If you were driving trucks on EU rules.
06hrs00 to 08hrs00 work.
08hrs00 to 18hrs00, rest. 10hrs
18hrs to 20hrs work.
20hrs to 06hrs00 rest. 10hrs.
The ten “reduced” overnight rest is compensated by having a rest of over 3hrs during the day. (A split rest)
A truck driver could do do 5 days every week, perfectly legally.
BUT you are on passenger rules, and it isnt clear to me whether or not you are on EU or GB Domestic rules. I wouldnt guess at it.

Yes. It will be counted as a regular full daily rest because you’re taking at least 12hrs off in total. You can split a regular daily rest as long as the total hours rest is 12hrs, the last period of daily rest is 9hrs and the other 3hrs you take off is uninterrupted rest. NOTE THAT IS REST. You cannot finish dropping the kids off at school then go do another job even if it’s nothing to do with driving before starting again at 6pm because that has to be recorded as other work and you’re not resting freely able to dispose of your time.
2: some of my colleagues told i can drive maximum 15 hours for two days, is it right?
No. You can WORK for a maximum 15hrs but you can’t drive for a max 15hrs and it’s three times a week you can work up to 15hrs.
Are there loopholes to bypass tacho recording and avoid getting caught?
No. And fiddling the tachograph is considered a serious offence that can be punished with four figure fines, losing your licence and a prison sentence.
