Been a while since I’ve had to but you can only change the time by small increments from memory over a certain period.
Had to Google it to check been a long time since I’ve needed to do it.
If it is wrong by less than 20 minutes the driver has the capability to adjust the clock, but they can only change it by +/- 1 minute every 7 days. So depending upon the error in time it might take quite some time to adjust the clock to the correct time.

Set local time
If it was over 20 minutes out it has to be done by a tacho calibration centre.

IIRC you can only adjust it by one or two minutes per week, there’s something for you to look forward to

Remembered better than me I had to Google it as couldn’t remember how much or how long over.

You can set local time to whatever time you like in 30 minute increments. It’s the UTC time that needs adjustment.
Cheers all

Only because mine was recently two minutes fast
Go though tacho menu truck settings time settings. As mentioned can change it my 1 min.
