Going on from Ronnies post about (digi) tacho and 10hr drives, it reminded me that there are a couple of screens on the VDO tacho where I would be taking a guess at one or two of the bits of info.
Given its crammed into a 2 line dot matrix display, its not obvious sometimes what is shown, I think between us we can identify everything.
As I am on my phone I’ll start with just some pics, please reply with what you know, think, or guess!

utc is coordinated universal time it is the same time as gmt. it is showing you the time in utc and the local time is 1 hour ahead as well as todays date,
guess here… not sure what the triangle is bottom left however i would interpret that as you have had no rest today and have done 2 lots of more than 9 hrs driving and 3 reduced breaks with in the appropriate times
guess again… left hand side your last or even current rest is 23h45 long. right hand side… in this week you have done a total of 40h03 driving and 89h49 rest
not sure on this one as my guess would contradict what is on the left hand side with the right. However on the riht hand side i would say in the last 24 hours you have doe 6h26 driving and had 8h49 rest. a further guess would be the left hand side counts in 15 min intervals but i am probably talking out my arse.
your on break hence not moving not sure if the mileage corresponds to the unit or your card.
top left you have done 3h34 driving so far today bottom left 45h53 driving last fixed week top right you have done 30 min other work so far today and had 15 min rest so far.

On the right hand side, I think is 9hr reduced rests remaining and 10hr drives remaining.

I think top right is drive time remaining before weekly rest, bottom right is hours until weekly rest required?
Bottom left I am not sure!

Top right drive time remaining today/ before daily rest.
Bottom right time until daily rest required (13/15hrs from start of shift)
Bottom left min rest required on daily rest 9/11hrs

Yep. Slot 1 on rest, card inserted. Slot 2 other work no card.

3h34 drive in current session, top right break total, bottom right break in current activity, this one changes to match the current activity ie other work.
Bottom left I think is drive time total in 2 week period.
7 card info in slot 2, not the case in the example.

The photo order is a bit messed up, 8 4 and 3 are one after the other and I now spot something I have got wrong on one above.
I think this one is top right drive remaining current session, bottom right time remaining until daily rest, bottom left daily rest time required.
