Just a quick question 
If i drove for 4 hours then had a 45 mins break, then drove for another 4 hours, then 45mins break…is it possible to drive another 2 hours? making total 10 hours.

Up to two lots of 10 hours driving time per week are ok. So you can’t do that every day.
I think that is ok for WTD too as 45 minutes of break or breaks of at least 15 mins required for > 9hr working hours.
