You would need a lot more information than that to answer it properly… like your time sheets from your last full Weekley rest.
All depends on your hours…
You can work every Saturday as long as you have 45 hours off every weekend. Our shunter does this, he finishes at 9 on Saturdays as he starts at 6 on Monday.
More info required to answer your particular question though. What’s your normal start time on a Monday? What hours do you work Saturday?

You cannot do two reduced weekly rests in a row so every other week you have to have at least 45hrs continuous uninterrupted time off.
Conor, wtf?, no one asked about reduced weekly rests, he only asked if he can do two saturdays in a row, which you can, as long as you have the required weekly rest, of 45 hours before starting on the Monday, you can do every Saturday if you comply with the weekly rest rule.
