left card in tacho today and wont be able to take it out till tomorrow 11am from 05.30 this morning what will rules be regarding this any advice appreciated

Possible insufficient weekly rest depending when your back on.

Probably just need to print out and write on the back
Then carry on with your weekend

If you left the tacho on rest then it’s no problem at all, mine stays in for weeks at a time, if you left the tacho on other work or POA then you need to do two print-outs, one for each day, and write on them you made a mode switch error and that you started a rest period at 0530 23/11/2012, then sign and date them.

thanks its on other work i totally forgot about it 
Happens quite a lot from what I have read - its called human error and does not surprise VOSA when they come across it
Don’t go to France or Spain for the next month and you will be fine 
If you do go you will be fined
Do 2 printouts, sign and state that you are a silly sausage will suffice for VOSA
