Hi all, hope this isn’t too daft a question!
Do I need to take 2 printouts at the end of the day? I need to take one to give to my transport office but do I need another to keep with me?
I always thought this was the case but I’ve been told VOSA or whoever will just ‘download’ your card to see the information they need.

No you don’t need to. You only need to do one for the transport office if it’s a company requirement.
As said . There’s no requirement to do any print outs unless you need to to a written explanation for a breach of the regulations or company policy as all information is on the card.
Doubts like a DHL client…
Thanks guys, that’s what I thought but I just had a niggling thought that I needed one for myself too. Its our company requirement to hand one in each day.
