What if I didn’t take my working time directive break within 6 hours?! Will that show up on my card as insufficient break or something? Infringement? What happens? I didn’t go over Drive time though.

What happens beyond that is down to the policy of the company or your company work contract

We only have it because EU law said we had to so we got it but the EU did not say it had to be enforced which is why DVSA have no sanctions for breaches on their sanctions list

Dont forget, if you have tachomaster it’ll give out infringements stating “wtd exceeded - fine £200” and other rubbish. Oddly still not been fined yet for all the times i gone over.
