I done 5 nights last week, finished at 0630 Saturday and started back 1700 Monday.
Since Wednesday night , I’ve been getting a tacho message telling me I need a 24 hour rest period.
My work pattern was the same the previous week and the week before I only done Tues to Fri nights.Theres nobody in the yard at night, who can access the tachos online.
Maybe a mistake with a manual entry? Do you do them?
Could be it thinks you have worked all day or something and the only way you can resume working would be to take a weekly rest.
I would just make sure you have a note of your start and finish times for the last 2 weeks ready to present if stopped. Other than that, perhaps you would have to make time to call in during office hours or leave a note for somebody to have a look at it.
Your best bet would be do printouts forbyhe whole week. Firstly check there was 45+ hours recorded as “bed” before the first day you worked. Wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve inputted that as other work or POA.
Do you download each night? If so, does it use tachomaster on the computer? That can sometimes give a clue in the infringements section, but only if you get to see the screen.
Ultimately someone should print out an infringement for you to sign. Is very odd that it triggers on the Wednesday.

I’ve done printouts and checked, showing the correct daily rest for each day.Ive got a diary with all start and finish times, so hopefully that’s enough!
In that case it might be worth going back the last week or two just incase there’s something from previous. Not sure what, but hopefully it’ll clear itself this weekend.
Wouldn’t worry much about it as any glaring errors like manual entry error will show up like a sore thumb to VOSA and after 28 days they aren’t usually interested anyway.
Cheers, yea I’ll do that Monday when I’m back in.
