I last worked on the 28th September and I am due to start again on the 11th October .
My Question is
What Tachographs do I need to have with me to comply with current legislation?
current week and previous 15 calendar days.
No need for charts from 1st-7th as you didn’t drive during that week. You will need to fill in charts for 8th-10th though.
To the best of my knowledge there’s no need to complete charts for days not worked

We used to have to fill them out for holidays and stuff which was a pain in the arse and company policy only …
With the digital cards they have now dropped that idea …
You don’t need to fill any charts in.
Last working week would cover it and the week before that would cover it , the week before the week before will need handing in 
You will need all the charts for the days you worked back to, and including, the 23rd September. You do not need to fill any charts in for the days you did not work in that period.
