Got in my lorry this morning and realised I left my disc in Friday afternoon. I wrote on the back of the chart explaining my mistake. Anything else I need to do or will that be enough?

did you leave it on rest or was it on other work/poa?
if it was on rest i dont think it would make that much difference but if it was on POA or other work it would have “written” over your rests for friday. i have no i dea what you could do apart from raise a manual one and keep the original with it!

If you need to raise a manual, do it on the back of the over-written disc, it;ll keep everything together and one less card to worry about.

It was on other work as I had parked up to sort my paperwork and then jumped out and totally forgot to remove it.
