i got stuck in a megga jam outside harrods in london yesterday whilst heading to my next drop my tacho break came up so i over ran by 20 odd minutes i did plan for my break but couldnt plan for the traffic jam, finaly had break once i arrived at drop, but where do stand regarding tacho law…

This is partly why they have brought in the periodic training and partly why it is needed.Any Lgv driver that does not know the basic tacho rules needs to get his act together.

You are required to take a break at the next legal place. You can’t just continue on and take the break where you originally intended.

Just write ZB London on the printout and use a few choice exclamation marks :confused:

It doesn’t matter how many times you sit the CPC, you will still get stuck in places like Oxford street at Christmas :laughing:
