T E Jones plant hire,

my dad drove for these until they went bust in 82, i worked for the same transport manager in the 90s. you all know who he is!!! any stories pics etc would be good.

Was that T E Jones from Knockin in Shropshire,they had several Scania 111’s in yellow with red on them ?

I seem to remember them having MAN’s and they also owned a fleet of coaches.

T E Jones would come to shotton some times on steel . The bus side of the busness was when they bought out Vaggs of nescliff , thank you Trevor .

No pictures but went to their sale, I remember thinking they would have some tidy kit for sale , all that was there was a well worn 88 and trailers…guess the finance man had the good ones back, as they had a tidy fleet

After T E jones finished , there was a company called salop waste , was this part of T E J ones , before he became Greyhound plant hire ? thank you Trevor
