Anybody been there can give us a directions and any other info that would seem relevant?
The boss hasn’t given me an address or contact name yet, found an address of Bedfont Road, London heathrow, Staines, And that about it really. Not even to sure what I’m picking up either. 
so could be having fun? 
Take your passport as places like this ask for some form of ID.

Assuming you’re coming from Norfolk, best way is M25 J.14, 1st exit at roundabout onto Southern Perimeter Rd (signed for T4 & Cargo). Straight over two roundabouts, pass Servisair and British Airways on your left, then 3rd exit at roundabout, brings you to another roundabout and Swissport is in front of you (2nd exit).
You’ll need photo ID to get through the security barrier, park in one of the bays and drivers reception door is in front of you, go to the imports window for collections to book in (photo ID needed again) and get a ticket number. Keep an eye on the screens at the front of the building for your number being called.
Very hit and miss at Swissport, some days you can be in and out, other days can be hours to get on a door. Has been pretty quiet over there the last week so hopefully shouldn’t be too bad for you.

Thanks for the info, exactly what I was after. just looked at the directions on google maps and makes perfect sense, I always carry photo ID so that’s not a problem.
Of course not having anything like a collection note etc might make it more challenging, my boss says he has a contact name for there just hasn’t told me, I love the way we work. 
Unless it’s something that’s been pre-arranged you won’t get any freight from Swissport without a signed collection note 
One other point, Swissport is within the LEZ, so you’ll need to be Euro 4 or 5 or fork out £200 for the privilege of entering the zone

I thought that would be the case, which is why I’m sure I need this contact name my boss told me he had, he should have all the details.
Lucky about the truck though, nearly was going in the euro 3 one as the other one (euro 5) was in for inspection, but that broke down on Friday so swapped them over. Didn’t even occur to me to check about the LEZ. 
Swissport been bad over weekend, 4he wait to drop 4 skids @ 800kg. Don’t take it personally if you get spoken to like carp, that’s just Swissport.

Never been spoken to like a carp, but I’ll feel right at home if they speak like crap.
