Guys i am looking at moving to Zurich next year…

I was wondering apart from STF does anyone know of any Spedition companies out there i could apply for?

I saw in a truck magazine that Willi Betz has a new depot in Swiss,not sure where it is though.

Thanks though Pete i will work my way through them tomorrow. I have mailed loads in the Adliswil area where i will be moving to. But so far not even a sniff

Just add an i to the end of every second word in a sentence, that will be close enough to Zuri Deutsch that no one should notice. :wink: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

I would pop into Bertschi and have a chat, the disponent has the problem of making himself understood to every nationality at the moment. They have local work, distance International driving and railhead operations.

They advertise for staff with

gute Englischkenntnisse.

Of course a proficiency in Italian, French or German will help you, as it will if you are going to live with Gnomes :stuck_out_tongue:

And the words you don’t add an ‘i’ to, squeeze all together, eg German Tzwanzich - Swiss Tzwansk :open_mouth: :laughing:

what made you choose Zurich ? lovely city, expensive though, but you dont need me to tell you that.

I packed in driving about two years ago - Zuri is because my partner lives and is from there - She had to move back because of work commitments so off i go to follow her

Hangartners have a few english working for them as do (or did, i aint been for a few years) Leclerc. Maybe worth a try
