Not altogether convinced of their “neutrality” tbh. 
Collusion takes many forms (global banking and money laundering to name but two).

No just a Confederal grouping of ethnic Italian,German and French that made a better country for themselves than all the rest put together.Now they just want to keep it that way.As for road tolls you obviously don’t remember the place before they applied them and why and before the Green loons hijacked its government.Here’s a clue they got pished off with being charged to use French and Italian motorways whenever they wanted to go South or West so they decided to retaliate in a bigger way.
As for their neutrality in WW2 trust me if they’d have been ‘colluding’ with the Germans we would have lost the Italian campaign. 
well their neutrality arms sales are coming back to bite them, as all of the unsold ammunition went into the lakes the chemicals of which are now mutating the fish stocks and polluting the water, and its likely the only safe way to remove the unstable munitions is to freeze it for transportation, but at what cost and to where ? any guesses . I bet we cough up cash to help.
