Swift training Belfast

Hello all,

I was reading a blog on here from a chap who did his cat C training with Swift in Belfast… Just wondered if anyone else has been there and if they’d share their opinion…

I’m thinking of doing my C with them as they seem bloody cheap… around £300 less than locally… (Liverpool)

Cheers
Tef

Does that include VAT, test fee, Dcpc module 4 (if needed) and how many hours behind the wheel compared to others ■■?

Ask the same questions to all the providers so you can compare like to like

Hi Rog, and thanks for the welcome, this forum is an excellent source of info and I’m glad I found it…

As for Swift, from what I can gather from their site it includes VAT (17.5% ?) includes the use of the wagon on test but not the test fee… I dont need Mod 4 (Least as far as I understand it from your section on initial CPC, as I have C1 entitlement pre-1997. Is that right?) and its a 2/1 basis. I don’t know about the hour quota, the chap who blogged on here seemed reasonably happy tho’. It’s just other learners opinions on them I wanted before approaching them…

The other quote I had from AJM Wirral was £1000 not inc test and 1/1 basis… ( I think I’d prefer 2/1 tho’) everyone else is into 4 figures as well so its a considerable saving.

Regards
Tef

I done my c and e with swift about 20 years ago. Dont know if it is the same guys running it now but back then they were very good. Cheap and professional. By far the cheapest anywhere and you got loads of driving, at least 4 to 5 hours per day for four days with test on the fifth day. Highly recommended if it is the same guys.

Thanks for that… Can you remember any names?
