Anyway it was good reliving the old days in Salop i grew up in Stretton and had two uncles who drove for Swains Tommy and Douglas Carter both started with Richard ‘■■■■’ Swain Glyns old man. Tommy worked with them through until he took ill wiv diabetes and sadly passed away a few years back now, Doug he went on to work for Morgans, Lloyds, and Caddies on international runs he now lives in Shrewsbury driving his own taxi, i never got to drive for Swains mispent youth let me down my biggest regret to be honest still spent many happy hours on the road with different drivers who are too many to mention cudnt beat the 110,140,111,141,F86,F88, and F89s those were the days thanks for bring it all back to me.
