Shut up why, because of yours and American politics and bombing expeditions to the Middle East we have this mess today. As Rob said in another thread:You reap what you sow!
Little history lesson ! when we voted to join the EU most of eastern Europe was ruled with iron fist by Moscow so it was more about western Europe solidarity than any thing else and hey the Frogs didn’t want us to join
Again back to the issue, what do you think will happen when you leave EU and there is no UKBA in France, the “Frogs”(France) as you call them will let all illegals to get on a boat to cross the channel is my opinion.
I merely asked you, what will you achieve leaving EU regarding illegals and you went on a rampage…

Blimey Dolph you’re taking a selective view of history as to how we got here at least regards Middle East instability. The problems started when the Soviets started pouring arms into the Middle East as part of their typical anti Israeli agenda with predictable results. With America and us then being stupid enough to counter that by arming the Saudis etc and thinking that Iran wouldn’t also revert back to form in the form of the Iranian revolution. The rest is history. The obvious question then being why were the Russians etc so keen to arm the Arab world to the teeth against Israel in 1967 and 73 and why would they or Eastern Europe give a zb about us having to sort out the inevitable results in the form of GW1 and GW2 later.IE we’d obviously be in a better place in that regard ‘if’ the US and Russia had put their ideological differences aside in 1973 and in return when Russia went into Afghanistan in 1979 against the common enemy of Islam. In which case no Israeli Arab wars in 1967/73 no Saddam Hussein and no GW 1 and 2 and joint US Russian action against the Iranian revolution in support of the Shah and the pacification of Afghanistan in 1979 with joint Russian and US action against the Mujahideen so no Taliban.

What we’ll ‘achieve’,hopefully with the help of a French FN win in 2017,is to smash Merkel’s Eurasian Federal project, which is the actual cause of the problem and which obviously wants to take down your right to National sovereignty and immigration controls as well as ours.Which going by your previous comments regarding her ideas surely you’ll agree is a good thing ?.
Dolph. Stop talking ■■■■■■■■. EE migrants coming here have sweet [zb] all to do with America poking their nose into the Middle East.
Don’t get me wrong, if I was born in Hungary, Poland etc…I would come to the UK like a shot. So yes…of course it is the EU’s fault. However, it’s the weak minded fools over the years in this Country that have bought into the ’ better together ’ crap fed to us by the Europeans.
They need us far more than we need them. Do you really think the likes of BMW and Mercedes are going to start charging us extra to buy their cars?
People need to get a grip, find a pair and VOTE US OUT of this ridiculous free for all.

To add a foot note to this , the UK head of sate is queen Elizabeth not Merkel or the leader of the EU at the time
So four ex top brass from big retail companies think we should stay in well they would another 5 or 10 million customers to fill the till equals fatter pay packets

Im not talking ■■■■■■■■, you are, the tread was about illegals in a truck. All of a sudden because I said that they will not stop post Brexit(as someone said) you and some others put Eastern European on the same level as illegal ME. What EU treaties for EU citizens moving freely in EU has to do with illegal immigration■■?
Someone said we don’t do enough to stop them and we do, another lie, but no one admits the UK soft hand and benefits attract them, its always someone else fault.
WTF is wrong with you people, every time when we discuss illegal immigration you jump on the band wagon against EE?
If you think I as Bulgarian(EE) am the same as illegal afghani, sudani or iraqi who has no id, no diploma, no credible credit, criminal check and employment history, who might be a terrorist, murderer or God knows what trying to enter the country illegaly you are dumb as door knobs

And what problems did you fixed exactly with Gulf War 2■■?
You conveniently forget the meddling in the Middle east of the British empire.
Let me help you with the history lesson:
"Considering the Ottoman Empire a serious threat to the British Empire, London launched preemptive strikes and attacks to knock Turkey out of the war and take down the Ottoman Empire.
The war ended with Great Britain occupying territory that would eventually become Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine and Trans-Jordan.
“Employing bags of gold, the diplomacy of Lawrence of Arabia and promises of Arab independence,” the British sparked and encouraged an Arab uprising in 1916, known as the “Great Arab Revolt,” against the Turks.
However, after the war, the victorious allies failed to grant full independence to the Arab people, and instead placed them under British and French control according to the mandate system under the Treaty of Versailles.
More than a year after the agreement with Russia, Great Britain and France also signed a secret agreement known as the Sykes-Picot agreement, by which most of the Arab region under the Ottoman Empire would be divided into British and French spheres of influence after World War I.
British and French representatives, Sir Mark Sykes and Francois Georges Picot, believed that the Arab people were better off under European empires and divided up the region with a ruler and without Arab knowledge.
The two men created uncomplicated, immaculate straight-line borders that would cater to the needs of Britain and France. However, these borders “did not correspond to sectarian, tribal or ethnic distinctions on the ground,” and failed to allow for future growth of Arab nationalism and secularism.
“Even by the standards of the time, it was a shamelessly self-interested pact,” writes British historian James Barr in his book A Line in the Sand.
Having ruled Palestine since 1920, Britain handed over responsibility for solving the Zionist-Arab issue to the United Nations in 1947. At the time, the region was plagued with chronic unrest between native Arabs and Jewish immigrants dating back to the 1910s, when both groups laid claim to the British-controlled territory.

Let me guess you think that instead of keeping the savages under control. With nothing more advanced than horses and camels for transport, living in tents and armed with nothing more dangerous than swords. It was better to arm them with loads of tanks, anti tank and anti aircraft missiles, MIG fighter aircraft, and Kalashnikovs. All supplied for nothing to get back at ‘the Imperialist West’ by wiping Israel off the map. That ended well then.
As for the Ottoman Empire and support of Saddam Hussein’s regime make your mind up.I thought we were agreed that the idea was/is/should be to keep Islam out of Europe and we ain’t going to do that by arguing among ourselves and you trying to justify the unjustifiable in Socialist Soviet’s support and arming of the Arab cause against Israel and the West and now Merkel’s zbwit ideas in setting up a Eurasian federation in the form of the EU with open borders and freedom of movement as far as Turkey.
On that note yes agreed as I said US foreign policy in the region is no less stupid than Russia’s.Having added insult to the injury of not supporting Russia against the Mujahideen in Afghanistan by also arming the Saudis etc to the teeth and defeating the object of GW1 and 2 by rearming the Iraqis after GW 2 had finally disarmed the zb’s.

Dolph, yer wasting your time mate as there are none so blind as those that cannot see …
Great leave Saddam in power still armed to the teeth with Russian supplied weapons and support the Arab cause against Israel. That’ll work.
While it’s him who’s saying that we should support the EU and appease the Islamic world by opening the doors to Turkey one minute. While saying the opposite the next.So make your mind up are you in or out.

I prefer Saddam, Gadafi and Asad compare to today situation.
In the same the British government is pushing for EU membership for Turkey, the very same way Tony Blair did with Eastern Europe with the help of the States(NATO arm twisting and stuff), the irony is unbelievable
Brexit might save EU from having to accept Turkey on behalf of UK…

It’s you who’s pro EU and therefore like Cameron you’re all about doing whatever Merkel tells you to do.In which case if you really don’t want Europe over run with the Islamic agenda then it’s the anti EU side in the form of Le Pen and Brexit who you need to support, not zb Merkel and Cameron.
As for leaving Saddam and Gadaffi in power yes that would have been a short term fix.But not as good as taking them out and disarming the Arab zb’s in the process. The unbelievable bit in that case being the US policy of instead re arming them and then supporting the zbwit Arab/Iranian nutters who filled the vacuum afterwards.
As for Assad the jury is still out but supporting Russia not opposing it in that case can only help just as would have been the case in Afghanistan.‘Unless’/‘until’ it can be established that Assad and Iran and the Saudis are all in it together and playing the West for fools ( which is my bet ).
