Supertech fuel saver device trial

Peter O Dwyer:
So are we just wasting our time trying to show that this device works. What is it going to take to show that is does work.We are also testing the product with Limerick University (is this also a waste of time) to show fuel consumsion between two different cars doing the same runs with and without supertech fitted. This will be an official cert from a university. Will this be enough for people to start to use supertech.

Peter

When you offer a money back guarantee if it doesn’t achieve the claims you make then people may start to show some interest. Until that day happens you’re just another guy with a paper product.

Peter O Dwyer:

Hi Peter, If you take some time to re-read my post above, I think you’ll find that I’m all for giving this “a fair testing period” and I’ll just repeat that “I think the jury is out until hammer reports back.”

Now hammer is a sensible kind of bloke (hope he doesn’t mind me saying that) so Peter, what’s the harm in waiting patiently for his assessment

IMHO, the guys will only buy Supertech once you have some demonstrable results obtained in a fair and unbiased way.
Rome wasn’t built in a day.

we’re a cynical lot  seen lots of snake oil salesmen

(although some of us are a little more subtle than Rob K, I tend to agree with him on this - must go and lie down in a darkened room now )

Denis F:
must go and lie down in a darkened room now )

ROOM  of course, we had it tough…

Rob K has spoke about a money back garantee which is something we have been speeking about for some time now. This would have been our final sales pitch when we recieved some info back from tests been done. What would everyone have to say about that then.

A gauranteed fuel reduction of 4% or your money back.

In our experience people have recieved more then this but no one has recieved less. This is our gaurantee to all.The product has a 5 year warranty and will opperate for this length of the and more.

Well Mars-Bar boys, what are you waiting for ■■ The offer’s on the table for the taking. :bulb:

Er, sorry to ■■■■ in on everyones argument! :open_mouth:

FYI, I did put on the bottom of my PM to Peter that I would report back after 1-2 MONTHS as I would have a better idea by then.

I know exactly what my wagon does to the gallon on every tank, monthly and yearly since I started.

I change the oil and filter every 10-14,000kms, the fuel filter every other oil change and the air filter every third. They were all due a change (except the fuel filter) and were changed as normal. I don’t see the problem and certainly don’t consider that I have ‘ruined’ the test as it will be a long-term thing.

Expect a full run down sometime soon…

Mars bars rob?

Thanks for the back up Hammer.I would have taught that OD really mind there wagons because at the end of the day thats there bread and butter earner.I believe that Big Truck is longer taken part in the trial because of work issue’s.Belive me this works and if the price of diesel is putting your back to the wall this is the product to ease this.

The GAURANTEE still stands.

4% fuel reduction our your money back.
Peter

We have also heard from the manufacture that there are in talks with one of the major truck companies to include supertech as an optional extra when buying a new truck. This should come into effect late 2008 or early 2009.With companies already talking about Euro 6 requirments ,emissions, diesel prices and also diesel consumption supertech works to all these requirments that is why we have the b***s to gaurantee it.

:open_mouth: I wasn’t arguing hammer, my idea was to calm things down a bit until you reported back.

hammer:

I thought that’d be the case, so that’s why I was asking folks to give it a fair testing period.

I will report back sometime between February and March. Like you said, everyone will have to be patient!
