This week I have worked Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on shift. I’m down for OT Saturday and if possible Sunday.
Only problem is I’m in Monday night for 5 shifts, if I finish Sunday before my start time Monday is that legal?

Regular weekly rest for this week as you had mon+ tue off
You are going to need at least 24 hours off between finishing sunday and starting mon night as the max you can do between 2 weekly rests is 144 hours

That’s what I thought, I’ve got some drivers at work saying that it’s be classed as working consecutive days. But just wanted to check that the 24 hours minimum rest covers that.
