Ever wondered why it takes so long to get to Wales along the M4 these days? Well read on & Lord Nigel will let you know. Happy voting.

Farage is a ■■■■
Oh for ■■■■■ sake, if the ■■■■ wasn’t such a potential spanner in the political machine, it would be a good laugh. But unfortunately he’s picking up to many votes from dimwitted knuckle draggers.
Just imagine if they DO get enough votes to make a small difference in government…
Don’t laugh, be afraid. They’ll ■■■■ this country within a year.
It would seem logical to me that if the population of a country increased by 5 million in 10 years without any improvement to the infrastructure, then that infrastructure will become more crowded.
Wot’s to knacker?
This current governent have pretty much already done it.
Blaming all the ills on the last Labour government, even after 4 years of Tory bull to date this decade.
The fact that they “adopted Labour spending plans” in 2010 and now we hear “Labour intend to adopt Tory cuts in 2015”… Sheesh. No wonder we think we can’t get a ■■■ paper between them - because it’s true!
Why does anyone have to be a knuckle-dragger to DARE vote against the shower that our two main parties are nowdays?
The traffic is indeed far ahead of this point in the economic cycle.
However, I don’t so much blame it on Immigrants, who may well be to blame for the sharp rise in broken down old bangers on the hard shoulder…
I blame it on too many people who now get to claim ANY travel expense against their taxes. When you’re getting it all back - you don’t care how much motoring costs, in yer fancy 4x4s, Jags, and other gas guzzlers filled up at 139.9 at MSAs near you. These people waste more taxpayer’s money than the benefit scroungers do!
How much does “White Van Man” doing circuits around the country each week pay to run, and maintain their vehicle? - More than the £520 a week which we’re told is the maximum one can claim in benefits these days?
The reason the deficit is so bad is because we’re not paying enough taxes as a country. Simples.
Forget “who should be paying” - I’m just stating the shortfall as fact - and I give a reason behind it too, which is more than most politicians will admit.
The only plan that would have this country back on track in a single parliament - is to scrap tax offsets outright. We ALL pay. NO ONE gets out of it with fancy accountants.
If we all paid proper and full taxation - there would never be a need to actually raise taxes again!
(That includes taxing benefits, and not allowing fuel expenses either!)

Makes sense to me Harry.

Yep, that’s right. Although some of the owner drivers and 'self employed ’ drivers here might not agree…

Blaming foreigners as usual…

What % of the population claim travel expenses? Can you show your calculations that prove ending tax breaks would take us to a budget surplus?
Lots of benefits like the state pension and JSA are already taxed.

Me too.
It’s been a good few months since the three cheeks of the same arse party’s accolytes here insulted UKIP, maybe they’ve just mopped their tears dry after Clacton and Rochester, now they’ve been back on UAF’s site for some brotherly encouragement feel up to chucking some more bricks.
Talking of Chuka, the next labour leader that is, endorsed by commissar peace envoy war maker Blair no less, he was on Andrew Marr this morning reading from the labour hymnsheet of the day…in other words spoke a lot, insulted UKIP for extra brownie points, yet said bugger all as expected, despite Marr’s unusually pressing questioning.
Marr better watch his step, young Chuka will have his card marked for when he’s the leader, asking awkward questions repeatedly just isn’t done when it’s the right chap in the seat doncha know.
Roll on May.
Here’s me thinking it was caused by them going along the M4 on a Friday & thinking there would be no traffic. Anyone that thinks they will get from London to Wales in 3.5 hrs on a Friday night needs a reality check, I used to do it regularly 20 years ago & it was a nightmare then, that’s pre open door immigration to all you young uns. No, I think you can put it down to ■■■■ poor planning, nothing more nothing less.

I take it you do realise that the sole reason for immigration is to drive down the value of your labour for the benefit of the landowner/ factory owner/ rentier / banker class?
And that makes sense to me too Harry. Sadly, we have the same problem here now: not as bad as you lot yet, but we always tread in your governments footprints. It matters not one bit who you vote for here, it’s still like riding a bike with no ■■■■■■■ handlebars.
Our whole motorway network is over populated I still can remember the fuel strike the M4 and M25 where deserted when you compare traffic levels with now, which prooves that a lot of vehicles on the roads don’t need to be there, people could car share or use public transport as the did during the fuel strike, in the past the 2 world wars have played a part in reducing the population of this country, and the infrastructure hasn’t kept up with demand then you have the influx of migrant workers, and asylum seekers, /illegal imigrants/slaves the country is full unless we start to turn every bit of green belt into a concerete jungle sao we become totlally reliant on food imports from other countries
Welcome to the real world …you snouts in the trough politicians…
no political party whoever they are can run this country, they are all useless, all they are interested in is lining their own pockets
Mr Farage makes a valid point, however this is only a small part of a big picture for South Wales it was the Labour party who on winning the election in 97 cancelled the M4 relief road that would have run south of N****** the increase in population the reliance on cars to get to work (you need to drive there are only jobs in call centres in N******)
Then you have the total shower that is the Welsh Assembly who have failed on an epic scale on just about everything and continue to bicker over the new road, the bulk of the blame lies with the previous Labour government who had no interest in the fortune of Wales and the Conservatives are no better, why I hear you say? because you could put a red rosette on a chimp and the Welsh would vote for it.
Then add the Severn Bridge toll of £20 for a truck and £6.50 for a car theres little wonder the state of the area, I count my blessings as I have a motorcycle which takes me to Avonmouth for work which is well paid and plentiful.
The former mining areas in the valleys now resemble the poorest parts of Eastern Europe and they still vote labour, stupid is as stupid does thats the saddest thing.
