have you ever been strip searched as part of your job as a driver?
i have, and i don’t know why. i don’t know how big a mans ■■■■■■■■ could be, but i reckon putting a sleave of ■■■■ up there would be prety difficult.
Got regular but random bag searches and, after emptying pockets and removing watches belts etc, checked over with metal detectors.
That was with the Argos and Comets of the world.
Never had the KY jelly treatment 
though, did you have to pay extra for that…

Been searched and swabbed at customs many times but never been asked to spread em and bend over though!

ive been searched to the point of being patted down when we go into one of our prison jobs but no matter how many times i asked she wouldnt do a strip search … ■■■■■

Did a delivery with a HIAB truck to a US military base when they were on a security alert. Two of us in the truck, I was the newbie and when we got there the regular guy said they were a bit OTT over security, had the chance to crawl over the loads but didn’t want to get dirty or dusty and when they did the vehicle under sweep they wanted the driver to explain what various bits of the lorry did and was it really supposed to be there.
I got checked first, removed everything from pockets and they wanted me to strip to underwear… 
Hey, I could have hidden a knife within my stomach folds Anyway, got dressed and went out and told the guy what to expect. He kicked off and refused, so dropped the 6t of concrete slabs on their driveway and we left site.
Oh, and we got banned too.
dont get striped serached but …run to cairnryne docks every nite and have been asked to get out my cab for a quick brisk down whilst some other jobs worth has a wee look inside my cab …its not that im down there every nite so always the same faces and im not even boarding the ferry trailor in trailor out
On the other side of things I have managed to get airside at Manchester airport for a week before someone on the security desk actually asked to see the ID. They just rose the barrier as I approached and waved me through. Part of the drops was around past the fire station by Thompson. I think it was that one. Quite impressive having the Boeing 747 taxiing past me on a tug before I was allowed to cross behind it

This is a regular occurance on prison work, getting patted down. Every 1 in 10 drivers is subject to a random search, so the likelyhood of being searched 3-5 times per day is quite high, especially as the truck is searched everytime it enters and exits. Its all part of the job and you just have to accept it as so or you won`t be allowed on the premises. Ive even had drug dogs in the back of the truck, along with members of the security team hiding in the back doing security tests & pretending to be cons, to test that the gate staff are doing the exit searches correctly.
