A customer on his way to see us today popped into a well known local supermarket and got more than he bargained for.
He was approached in the car park by a man who asked him " you’re training with Chevron Training aren’t you- why don’t you come to us we’re CHEAPER THAN THEM". 
Our customer was gobsmacked, not to mention a little freaked out, when the man then said he was from another local training company.
After I’d finished laughing when he told me this I thought about a couple of things.
- how desperate for work must they be?
- does this mean their trainer is concentrating more on the trainees in our vehicles as we pass, than he is on his own trainee?
- why have I wasted money on advertising when I could just have stood in Sainsbury’s car park?
