The waste food that gets returned for sending to biomass plants in is big bins (Dolovs) which are moved by pallet truck/forklift. They are emptied into a bulker by lifting above the sides of the trailer then rotating the bins through 180 degrees. Maybe the moffet has rotating forks?
Although I’m in Canada we have tippers with moffats and they’re used exactly like Wiretwister has explained above.
