There is an Italian haulier called T I T,I kid you not and if I knew how to get photo’s from the phone I’ve got photographic evidence.
I used to deliver to a shop in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, which had “■■■■” signage outside, but, on closer inspection, it had “Tell It Tee Shirts” underneath
And, in Tenerife, there used to be a Chinese resturant called “Long Dong”, they changed the name when someone pointed out what it meant in english…
They do exist,Fockeday tankers.German or Belgium company.
I’m glad someone else mentioned the German town “■■■■■■■■ Whilst driving into Germany for the first time last summer, it was one of the first sign me and my mates saw. Excellent, we thought! It was the first of many hilarious names we saw in Germany.
Not sure if someone’s already mentioned it, but I recently saw on the M25 a small scaffolding van with the slogan in huge letters “THE BEST ERECTION AROUND!”. Had me chucking all the way up to Biggleswade…
Whoops. VVankum! I know, swear sensor dodging, but it’s the correct name for the place!
Dont know if anyone has mentioned the ready mix company from east london jim il mix it
Hornigold Haulage (Wellingborough, Northants)

Hi All,My favorite is ‘FUCHS LUBRICANTS’ - a german oil company that took over century oils in Stoke, running blue MAN’s at the moment, I’ll see if I can get a photo and post it.
Regards
AntHi Willie Roadstar, I’ve seen Fuchs Oil too.
Here’s a link to  Fuchs’ UK website
The name “Fuchs” is quite a common surname in German-speaking countries, and there’s a direct tranlation to English- it means “Fox” (the animal and the surname) in both languages.
Here’s a pic of an Austrian diesel/central heating oil tanker.
Dave,
Thanks for that, I did take a photo the other week of one on the road, but I’ll not bother posting it now, I used to deliver Century Oils products from Stoke to a Fuchs depot in Hanua near Frankfurt, Fuchs took over century oils a number of years ago.
I new it meant Fox in German, the meaning in English is much funnier !!!
Regards
Ant

Another take on the GAY Freight
How about GAYWOOD
I followed a truck from PAPTRANS last week
I used to drive a tipper for Bob Gay plant hire. Much to the amusement of my brother… So erm Dave, when you went for the interview did you have to use the back door? Oh how he laughed.
There is a tipper company in between Fuengirola and Marbella, bright orange trucks with huge blue owners nam on the front, JUAN QU!!!
I kid you not its real, try saying it quickly with a touch of an accent, quality name but i hope he,s not one though
i would call my company
Ben dover
or
Wayne Kerr
I’m sure ‘Gayfreight’ were from the East End of London coz ‘Bayfeight’ are from Stalybridge (Tameside, Gt; Manchester ) and are still around, saw one of their motors just the other day, and I think they also have a couple of vehicles on the classic show circuit with the ‘Bayliss of Stalybridge’ livery.

Dave Penn;
saw a box van yesterday with ■■■■■■■ on it for company name
Was on the south coast the other week near Hastings and saw a cement mixer with the name on the front
