I’ve been driving Hgv’s class 2 for 5 years and now I drive a proper truck - 1 week !!!
I can not get the Silly thing to reverse straight - Reversing is a joke at the mo and I do say Sorry to the guys at Dhl/NHS Bridgewater
for holding you up… I feel like a right Plonker You Silly Boy and all that
I have just seen my other post - Plonker . But it still stays to say Sorry to Bridgewater…
Are you using mirrors only ? - if yes then try looking out of window as well because the convex of the mirrors can give a slightly distorted view
I only clicked on this because I thought it was a about ‘Homophobia’

Quite right ! no huge wheel movements, just a tad each way.

simple tip for keeping it pretty straight
turn the steering wheel towards the mirror that you can see more of the trailer in 
small movements, and often
I’ve found going onto a bay from an angle easier than squaring up and reversing straight back also getting your head out the window definately helps.

Once youve mastered that, only then can you progress onto a proper wagon and drag!

I would just add - give the trailer time to react. Just because it doesn’t seem to be doing anything, don’t start whacking full lock on. Just give it time, working on little nudges. Also, a bend will go on quicker than it comes off.

No, because you’re putting even more lock on doing that. You need to be sending the wheel the other way to take it off.
