It looked like it rolled off dew a complete 360, I watched it last night and now I carnt get it out of my bloody mind,first thing I thought of waking up this morning,what the hell were the events leading up to the end result!!!

He may have had a heart attack or some such before hitting the roundabout. Even if the breaks failed you would try and steer around it and tip over

Yes i would say he must have past out or something similer.

Yea that’s sounds about right…unfortunate for the driver but it could have been far worse.
