Does anyone have any advice about when not to go out!
With another storm and winds between up mph & 100mph expected I’m wondering when a driver should put safety first
There doesn’t seem to be any regulations regards when it’s deemed to be unsafe to take a truck out in high winds
So does anyone know where you stand as a driver if you tell the boss that you don’t think it’s safe
As the driver only YOU can make that safety decision no matter what anyone else says

Only problem with that is the repercussions afterwards as you can’t be proven right if you don’t go out so the bosses will just blame you for an unfulfilled contract.
There really should be an industry standard regarding high winds
If you say not safe but boss says it is then get that in writing from boss and signed on company paper
That will make them think twice
