I had enough break for my 4.5 drive but the unit recorded some poa as break , and once I finished my break ( 1x15 1x30) it was showing as 1.5 hour drive due to poa recording earlier as break … The unit was showing 5hr + without break , will this show up as an infringement or not? I didn’t get a print out as I pressed ok to eject , but I wrote down what had happend in my own personal notepad … Any advice ?
You can still get a print out next time you are in a digi-equipped motor - Then you can have a look and see exactly what has been recorded. If you are still uncertain, post a piccie here and CSI Trucknet will easily be able to tell you where you went wrong

The digital tachograph counts POA as break but thankfully even half decent analysis software can tell the difference between POA and break.
So unless your company has an idiot as compliance manager and doesn’t use analysis software you can safely forget about it
