45 foot 2005 (ish) Curtain sider Red / White.
Red curtains marked AMG INTERFREIGHT and signwritten white rear doors with AMG Interfreight, North Weald, England.
Trailer has metal roof not a slider as depicted in attached image
Any sightings of one of these parked up anywhere apart from on the airfield would be appreciated !
Loads of thievery going on at the moment in the village.
Both Garages a couple of houses, it’s getting silly for such a small place

When Tappy’s scania got nicked from the lay by at Church Langley, it turned up in a scrap yard in benfleet. Might be worth a look
totally off topic , but my late father was jimmy atwell senior lifelong friend , do you work for jimmy junior , I assume you might do as I believe amg haulage is his company , forgive me if im wrong , I am posting this because I just wonder how jim senior is and the Valhalla the yacht him and my late father built , I had a few outings in it a long time ago you can pm me if you want …

Yeah, but maybe someone connected has set up again. The ob wouldn’t think to look in the same place again. Might be worth an evening out
Il check in the yards around where I work I have been reliably told most of the trailers that turn up in those yard are iffy
i hope its found, i dont believe it was stolen for the load…i had one stolen from thurrock services last year… a euroliner with brand new curtains and eurolink written on the sides…never to be seen again.
Still no sign, and little interest from the police so far it seems. I very much doubt it was taken for the trailer, being a rather old curtainsider, more like an opportunistic theft of a loaded trailer.
The travelling community wont be short of lentil soup this winter.

I can remember years ago a trailer got nicked out of Felixstowe dock, the crooks thought it were loaded with whisky but they got the paperwork done wrong and they ended up with one loaded with old tyre carcasses that were going back to be retreaded.

Police are disgracefully useless in this respect. Had to deal with a stolen load last year, over £50k of tools (trailer found dumped in a side street empty) and guess how long it took the police to turn up? 4 weeks. FOUR WEEKS! And even when they did they were worse than useless.
I just work for the company as a driver, nothing less than trying to help out.

It’s OK mate, we’ve got a ‘random crap’ rule that was designed for just that purpose.
I’ve just deleted two randomly crap (and totally pointless

This topic is about a stolen trailer and the wish to see it returned, which has obvious implications for the owner and is therefore a serious subject.
