Don’t hold your breath, unless it is caught on a speed camera, and somebody happens, luckily BY CHANCE to notice it. 
You can bet they sure as hell won’t be arsed to actually investigate it.
Reg will probably be fake or cloned and even if it did get stopped they would just say they bought the trailer never knew it was stolen etc etc - get done with handling stolen goods aka slap on the wrist sentence.
Looks like its a professional operation though if they’ve gone to the trouble of spraying it up and nicking diggers with it. Even have the cheek to remain in the rough area the trailer was stolen!
