then we have a biomass driver being told to get nto crick to pick up a new truck+tri to take to rockingham,he gets to crick and there nowhere to be SEEN,he then checks with the t.o as to the whereabouts of this truck+tri and they look totally bewildered as to the whereabouts of it[it could of been pinched and theyd of been none the wiser ] as to its whereabouts,eventually after a load of huffing and puffing they discover its already at rockingham :unamused: :unamused: .
a driver drives to crick to pick up a truck thats already departed,wasnt it logged out by t.o,booked out by security,couldnt they look at the iso-trac to asertain its whereabouts,its poor,very poor,as soon as that truck left for rockingham,the system should of clicked into gear and the driver should of been informed his new truck was being taken by another driver[matt] to rockingham,and he was to head direct to rockingham.

For the benefit of comedy the take was ‘‘where’s his truck gone?’’ - In reality he probably knew where it was !!

i can’t agree entirely.
he dosn’t, and none of the others do the same job as the rest of us.
they go from crick, to up the road, and back to crick.
some of us rope and sheet, some do abnormal loads, some actually do a lorry drivers job.
it makes them look like useless knobs, that get stressed out doing the easy side of truck driving.
i would love to see one of them turn in to work saying “what you got for me today boss?”
it’s either Minsk, or Laslea. i’ll get you some running money.
it’s either that, or i’ll get a proper driver in.

I had to contact a customer yesterday to confirm if a load had been delivered.
Me:“Do you know if that load was delivered?”
Sto:“We’re not sure as his isotrack is off and his planner has gone home”
Customer confirms he’s been and gone.
I ring Stobarts with times arrived 16:00 for a 17:00 delivery left 18:00.
Thanks but we won’t use those times as your delivery window is between 16:30 - 17:30.
Eh so you’ll confirm with different times then i.e. lies?
Yes.

Honestly the more you work with them, the more you realise that, that program could just maybe be 100% true.

for £7.75 p.h all i am going to do is a-b,crick -up the road-crick,your not surely daft enough to suggest we want to be running all over the world,driving low loaders ,roping and sheeting for that rate are you,for £7.75 p.h it wont make us look like real drivers for doing it,more like bloody idiots :unamused: :unamused: .
n.b some of the drivers i drive with have been all over the workld,drove all types of trucks just as your REAL truck drivers have,theyve just for whatever reason ended up working for stobarts,but that wouldnt fit in with the general sterio-type would it :unamused: :unamused:
