The Stobart Air boss refused and stormed out of the meeting calling it “a waste of time”. He then rushed to his car, before telling reporters the plan was dead and he was moving his businesses to Widnes.

Agreed. Its happened a few times now. The last rumour was hed bought an area of land near dougs diner in penrith, for a massive new headquarters, and ■■■■■■■ council had rejected the plans, so he said hed pull everyone out and move to preston.
