I do know that I would rather be on this rota than on some 5 from 7 ■■■■■■■■ that has you only getting one weekend off every six weeks or something like that.I work Wednesday to Saturday and get Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off every week. I’m on £10p/h and I’m home every night.
I tried Tramping but didn’t like it because I’ve got kids at home that I want to see grow up.

That’s the kind of proper rota I would like, you know where you are every week. The benefits of four on four off outweigh the disadvantages for me, but if I was going to go somewhere else I would want fixed shifts rather than the stupid 5 from 7 rotas you see. The kind where it is six in one off four in two off five in three off six in one off that kind of thing.
