Dare say simply because of who the haulier is. No doubt the pr machine is all over it saying driver swerved to avoid some school children etc lol. Either the car or the children!

according too our shunterlast week 3 drivers managed to take the barrier with them when they entered the depot 
,i was sat on bay when the agency lad did it,just happened to look and he had barrier trapped between cab and tri,not sure how he did it,but loved the way he had a quick scan round to see who was looking[didnt see me in truck], then chucked barrier behind hut 
and drove off,think he had second thoughts though as shunter came back out with him,
they say things come in 3,s,so theyve had 3 barriers down,so maybe its 3 cars now 
,be carefull if your on the m1 in your car

they say things come in 3,s,so theyve had 3 barriers down,so maybe its 3 cars now
Sounds like the muppet security guard put the barrier down, had that happen to me once, done paperwork, he lifted barrier, got 1/2 way through and heard like a crack, like when a plate breaks in 2 because of weight on it, and it was the barrier having an argument with the 20’ box I had on, the barrier lost
See multiple accidents every day from all sorts of firms? Why because it’s a stobart does it have to be front page news?
Err maybe because other hauliers don’t have their own tv show with muppets performing in it… 
I saw some vans on the hard shoulder of the M56. Think at least two were transit vans.

It stands to reason a firm the size of stobart is going to have accidents.
