got my assessment at 2pm my first c&e job interview/assessment! wish me luck and will let you know later folks

Absolutly gutted, feel like my dreams shattered today, the drive went awesome today had half hour goin round newark area the assessor (paul) was a sound fella coudnt wish for a nicer chap to be fair,lots of experiance and sound advice! a poxy reverse which iv done hundred times in past year and one iv done in That yard before let me down today he said give it 3 month and reapply after iv done more reversing, I just feel right down though!!! Never made interview stage
I did the same at Appleton last November, drive was no problem let myself down on the reverse. The chap said he knew id get quicker and better with practice but wasnt going to send me to tesco’s as i was.
Keep going and try again as the man says.
dont be put off ive been driving 22 years started out on coke cola tramping ,worked 15 years for hays distribution tesco wines and spirits trunking, have done fridges flats curtains containers etc.
i when to stobart cannock last week for an assessment ,and the assessor who is ex old bile failed me for causing a car to slow down on an island.

yesterday i had to go to tesco fradley for the agency i work for and do the assessment for a tesco drivers card.
must say never had an assessment like it started with a dsa test multiple choice. then walk round yard .then paper work,vehicle checks couple up unit.2 x reverse one one to bay to my right one between too trailers on my left
then for the best bit, bear in mind this is an unpaid assessment. we go and do a store delivery lol.
then back to yard to be shown the new tail lift with hydrolic flaps.
fill up with add blue and diesel.
well i passed the assessment, i said that the stobard assessor had failed me, he said obviously he’s not a R.I.T.B assessor.
well i think the tesco assessment was more indepth than stobart which was 5 mins in the truck. so it might be hes a ■■■ hole or my face didnt fit lol
