Here’s one firm who did a lot out there and are still going it would seem,but travelling west instead of east.
The firm of Hödlmayer from Austria transporting cars was well known but now as a lot of firms in England and Europe they have many trucks registered in other countries.
I saw this rig on Thurrock services on Saturday morning,and noticed it was registered in LIthuania.

I didn’t know that Hödlmayr ran to the U.K. - I deal with them on a daily basis for business from Graz. Still a family-owned firm, I think?
