Hi there does anybody here r ember a gary stevens who owned stevens international in essex he used to do middle east and Swiss runs and had a fleet of daf 95s in the 90s I’m after any info or photos as he a old friend and I can’t seem to track him down

I remember gary Stevens well, he was from canvey Island
I almost went to drive for him in the early 90s but he couldn’t match what I was earning at the time , he was a marmite type of bloke you either liked him or you didn’t , I know he didn’t take crap from anyone one .
last time I bumped into him was I waiting for a ferry in Calais, he was in his blue daf space cab.
Would be interested to know if he’s still alive as I havnt seen him for years.
If I remember correctly, didn’t he used to sub for Haniel in Brentwood ? Which then became thysenn Haniel and then ended up as part of DFDS ?
Think he was the regular Swiss haulier.
Yes I remember Gary Glitter, A good bloke, I wonder what he’s doing these days. Last time I saw him was back in the early '80’s
That’s the very same character gentleman I met him when he used to sub for C&H hauliers he was defiantly a marmite bloke hahahah very ugly too but a true gent I’ve been after some old photos
