Just a short note to anyone who may remember my good old mate Steve who drove for Simon McCann from Uttoxeter from around '94 to 2001 running Spain Portugal & Italy & a little subbing for Rokold.
He left Simon & drove for Edwards of Mkt Drayton & for the last 5 years or so for Digger Davis.
Any of the lads who were running for G & S, Nidds, John Davies,Rokold,PJK,Mortimers or subbing for EuroKover may well remember “our Steve”.
Sadly he passed away aged 52 whilst on holiday in Portugal last week.
I’m trying to contact as many of the lads as possible on behalf of his partner Irene, but as I myself left the international game in '01 I’ve lost touch with quite a lot of you.
Anyone who would like details of Steve’s funeral service etc please pm me.
