Anyone know the one I’m talking about, in a lay by near Didcot north bound. Looks about 30 years old, rusty, tyres flat. It’s been there for months and months.
Obviously abandoned, whos responsible for moving it or getting it scrapped etc and also could anyone claim it if the got it road legal?
Yeah been there a while now. Probably full of dodgy dumped hazardous 
i was wondering that myself the other day. i’d assume that if the a34 is “looked after” by the wombles, the same as the motorways, then they’d be the ones to approach.
another thought though - did it used to have a billboard poster on it saying something about truck thieves operating in the area?
