Think it was 6-8 ton on the pin, I came off the weighbridge at 43,935 on an empty tank !
The loads go to Ireland and we are asked to load them that way with most of the weight from the legs back something to do with being on the boat even though they r secured down ?

Hello Jonny, I was driving JDK for the 4 days up to Easter and the following Tuesday, when unfortunately it gave up on me with serious electrical problems, which was a shame because I was getting to like it, (I do like DAF’s)! I knew I’d seen a photo of it before and this is it. Regards, Mizzo.
Glad you like it mate, I knew I had pics of them somewhere I just forgot where I had them! It was from the first ever ‘photo shoot’ I ever did for college, amazingly enough out of all my class I was the only one that was closest to an A* for the photography work, not bad for some pictures of lorries!

yep still take bright bar and abit of black bar in there its only small stockholders these days, most of the buildings derelict now abit of a shame when u see pics like that.

I worked for these for over 15 years
Done a good few yrs for these.
All steel launch tube for trident nuclear sub on its way to Barrow in Furness from America we used to run these up there every week when the cold war was on.
