Hi
I passed my cat c on Monday just gone which I’m very happy with, I paid for the complete package so I can do c+E. But today they rang me and I asked wether I have to go to another yard because I didn’t see any artics but the lady told me they teach with wagon and drag but when I pass I will be driving tractor unit and trailer so I’m unsure what to do, would just like to get some other opinions on this
Thanks

Does it really matter, as it’s not like you have much choice. They have your cash, that’s what they have, and that’s what they teach. You can’t really argue with them, as they are fulfilling their agreement. You will get a C+E licence if you pass in the wagon and drag (Or so I believe…)
Anyway, congrats on the Class C pass mate!
Best of luck for C+E

If I was in your situation, I would pass as is, and take a days refresher with someone, short drives in full size and a lot of reversing on bays please.
Who did you book the package with
Don’t really see the problem. Pass on w+d you’ll have full CE. It takes about 2 or 3 hours to familiarise yourself with artic afterwards and shouldn’t cost a fortune. It’s a little easier to pass on w+d so there’s the bonus.
In hindsight, maybe you should have asked before booking. Few trainers offer both; we’re one of the few.
All the best with it, Pete
