Started new job monday agency work weekends Advice asap

Hello first of all thanks for taking time to read this messege.

I recently started my new job last monday i only do 2 local drops offs and only do 2 hours a day driving.
My agency who i used to work for have offered me a job tomorrow an 8 hour day. I will be back in plenty of time for my job monday and will have had around 14 hours break.
Im just wondering are you allowed to work weekends for agencys when you have a full time job? ive looked through my contract and it dosent state anything at all.

As long as you are getting the correct amount of weekly rest then as far as the tacho rules go there is no problem in doing agency work as well as your full time job. The only stumbling block would be if your company has any policy on it, as long as it doesn’t impede your ability to work for them due to WTD constraints I don’t see they would have a problem.
