Finished work at 18.40 tonight. I normally start work at 05.00 and have had at least 11 hours daily rest perioed for the past 2 weeks.
Can i still start at 05.00 and reduce my break to 9 hrs or is it the case that i must have either 9 hrs or 11hrs. (i.e i can’t have 10 hrs)

You can have anything between 9 and 11 but it will only count as 9.

You can have anything between 9 and 11 but it will only count as 9.
and the daily rest reduction does not have to be ‘paid back’
