Thankfully our company does not recognise poa.

Were down to a 4 day week due to not being able to get any poa in
For the day we sit at home we get a basic days pay. Any views on that?

Recognise it yes use it no.

Do you run bent often, then?

No i work for DHL who have a very stringent policy on running straight and they have sent the memo to us telling us we dont use poa.

Why do you need to use POA?

If im parked up waiting to tip, Im on a break. I either am working or not, I dont need an unenforcable law to tell me that I must call a break something else.

If the phone rings and I am awake I might answer it :stuck_out_tongue:

POA is an idea dreamt up by FTA and RHA for the supermarkets
