SSAFA Forces Help (www.ssafa.org.uk) is launching a campaign aimed at anyone who used to serve in the Armed Forces next Monday morning (12th November). Essentially, we want to make sure that anyone who has ever served knows that we are there for them if they ever need support - financial, emotional or practical - for them and their dependants.
We’re launching this at Clacket Lane Westbound Services next Monday morning (12th) bright and breezy at 6am.
Will anyone be there? if yes, pop by and say hello… or perhaps even come over to do a bit of a press interview? Anyone keen?
Also Vicky , Clacket Lane has a high turnover of non UK drivers . Not a critisism , just that you may need to look at where your efforts may get a better footfall . Good luck .
Hi shade and greggy!
We’re advertising at 52 service stations up and down the UK with high footfall of HGV/lorry/trucker drivers… so hopefully this will get good impact. Monday morning at Clacket is just to launch the whole thing, so fingers crossed it all works out well!
Cheers, Vicky from SSAFA
