Split Rest Days

Hi,

I’ve had two seperate rest days this week, neither of them were a full 45 hours. Just so I know how many hours I need to compensate, which one would be classed as my weekly rest?

whichever one you decide :smiley: if you decide on the first one then it is likely that the second one has already compensated :smiley: it all depends when you take your next weekly rest as to which one you count as a weekly rest, which no one on here knows :smiley:

What were the hours of each of the reduced weekly rests?

Was any of them needed to stop more than 144 hours being done between weekly rests?

You can count either of them as the reduced weekly rest period for this week, but whether or not you need to pay back any compensation for one of them depends on how long the rest periods were and when you will next have a weekly rest period.
