Spilt rest

Quick question, I did a split rest yesterday then ran back to the yard which was took me into a 15 hour day. If I recall you can do split rest then have 9 hours off but it will count as a 13. I had two 15s left as of yesterday, I’ve used one tonight so that leaves me with one for tomorrow.

Is this right or did I mess up?

Did you have a unbroken 3 hour break if so then you will have 2 15 hour days left.As long you complete a minimum of 9 hours rest in the 24 hour period.

As said, if during a shift of no more than 15 hours from start to finish you had a rest period of at-least 3 consecutive hours, then a 9 hour rest period after the shift, it does not count as a reduced daily rest period (15 hour shift).
